## FAQ

**What is Welax cashback?**
Welax cashback is a reward you may earn when you access Welax through an eligible cashback portal and complete a qualifying purchase. The cashback is usually tracked by the portal and becomes payable after the order is confirmed.

**How can I earn Welax cashback?**
To earn Welax cashback, sign in to a participating cashback portal, search for Welax, select the available cashback offer, and click through to the Welax website before shopping. Complete your purchase in the same session while following the offer terms.

**Which cashback portals offer Welax cashback?**
Welax cashback availability can vary by portal and location. Check reputable cashback websites, including platforms such as SimplyBestCoupons.com, to compare current Welax cashback rates, terms, and eligibility requirements.

**How much Welax cashback can I earn?**
The amount of Welax cashback depends on the current portal offer, product category, order value, and promotional conditions. Review the cashback rate shown on the portal immediately before clicking through, as rates may change.

**How do I activate Welax cashback before shopping?**
Log in to your chosen cashback portal, open the Welax merchant page, and click the activation or shop-now button. Wait for the confirmation message or redirected Welax page before placing your order.

**Does Welax cashback work on mobile devices?**
Welax cashback may work on mobile devices when you use a supported browser or the portal's approved app. Disable competing shopping extensions and complete the purchase in the same browser or app session to improve tracking.

**Can I use a Welax coupon code and still earn cashback?**
You may be able to combine Welax cashback with a coupon code, but only codes listed or approved by the cashback portal are normally eligible. Unapproved, targeted, or third-party coupon codes may prevent cashback from tracking or being paid.

**Can I use Welax cashback with other promotions?**
Welax cashback may be combined with sales, discounts, or promotions if the portal's terms allow it. Always review the exclusions because some promotions, clearance items, gift cards, or special campaigns may not qualify.

**How long does Welax cashback take to track?**
Welax cashback often appears as pending after the merchant reports the transaction, but tracking times vary. Allow the period stated by the cashback portal, and keep your order confirmation and receipt until the cashback is recorded.

**Why is my Welax cashback still pending?**
Welax cashback may remain pending while the merchant verifies your order, confirms payment, and checks for returns, cancellations, or other adjustments. Pending cashback can take longer during major sales periods or when an order is shipped in multiple parts.

**Why did my Welax cashback fail to track?**
Welax cashback can fail to track if cookies are blocked, an ad blocker or competing extension overwrites the referral, a different device is used to complete the purchase, or an unapproved coupon is applied. Purchases made outside the portal's tracked link may also be ineligible.

**What should I do if my Welax cashback is missing?**
If your Welax cashback is missing, wait for the portal's stated tracking period and then submit a missing-cashback claim. Include your order number, purchase date, order total, confirmation email, and the Welax tracking details requested by the portal.

**When does Welax cashback become payable?**
Welax cashback becomes payable after the merchant confirms that the transaction is valid and the return or cancellation period has passed. The exact approval time depends on Welax and the cashback portal's terms.

**How do I withdraw my Welax cashback?**
After your Welax cashback is approved and reaches the portal's minimum payout threshold, choose an available withdrawal method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or another supported option. Payment methods and thresholds differ by portal and country.

**Is there a minimum payout for Welax cashback?**
Many cashback portals require a minimum balance before you can withdraw Welax cashback. Check your portal account for the current threshold, processing schedule, and any identity or payment verification requirements.

**Can I earn Welax cashback on every purchase?**
Not every Welax purchase is guaranteed to qualify for cashback. Exclusions may include taxes, delivery fees, gift cards, subscriptions, selected products, canceled orders, returned items, and purchases made with restricted promotional codes.

**Can I earn Welax cashback on returned or canceled orders?**
Returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled Welax orders generally do not qualify for cashback. If cashback was initially tracked, the portal may reverse or remove it after the merchant updates the transaction.

**Can I earn Welax cashback on multiple orders?**
You can usually earn Welax cashback on multiple eligible orders, provided each order begins through the cashback portal's tracked link and follows the offer terms. Some campaigns may impose purchase limits or restrict cashback to one transaction per customer.

**Is Welax cashback available to new and existing customers?**
Welax cashback eligibility depends on the specific portal offer. Some rates may apply to all customers, while enhanced rates may be limited to new customers, selected users, or promotional periods. Check the offer details before shopping.

**How can I maximize my Welax cashback earnings?**
To maximize Welax cashback, compare rates across trusted portals, activate the offer before shopping, use only approved coupons, avoid competing referral links, keep tracking enabled, and purchase during bonus cashback events when available.
