Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD cashback frequently asked questions
Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD cashback generally refers to savings earned through a cashback portal when you shop at participating retailers, sometimes while using an Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD card. Cashback portal rewards are separate from any Membership Rewards points, benefits, or promotions offered directly by American Express.
Start by signing in to a participating cashback portal, search for an eligible retailer, click the portal's tracked link, and complete your purchase during the same shopping session. Use your Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD card if it is accepted, and follow all retailer and portal terms.
Not always. Cashback portal rewards are typically based on clicking through the portal and completing an eligible purchase, rather than on the payment card used. However, using an Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD card may provide separate card benefits if the transaction qualifies under the card's terms.
Available offers vary by country, retailer, and date. Portals such as SimplyBestCoupons.com and other cashback websites may list eligible merchants, but you should review the current offer page, rate, exclusions, and payment requirements before shopping.
The amount depends on the retailer, product category, promotional rate, order value, and applicable exclusions. Cashback rates can change, so check the portal's current offer details immediately before clicking through.
In many cases, a cashback portal reward and American Express Membership Rewards points are separate programs and may be earned on the same purchase. Eligibility depends on the transaction, card terms, retailer rules, and any restrictions in the portal's offer conditions.
No. Cashback portals usually reward qualifying online purchases made through tracked links at participating merchants. Gift cards, taxes, shipping, returns, cancellations, excluded products, coupon codes, and other transactions may not qualify.
Log in to your cashback portal account, locate the participating merchant, and select the button that activates or starts the cashback offer. Complete the purchase in the same browser session without visiting another shopping site that could interfere with tracking.
A purchase may appear as pending within minutes, hours, or several days, depending on the retailer and portal. If the transaction does not appear within the portal's stated tracking period, submit a missing-cashback claim with your order information.
Cashback may remain pending while the retailer verifies the order, return period, or commission. It can also be delayed by shipping, cancellations, partial refunds, or merchant reporting schedules. The portal normally confirms the reward after the transaction becomes final.
Check that you used the correct portal link, review the offer terms, and confirm that the order was not canceled, returned, or excluded. If the cashback is still missing after the stated waiting period, contact the portal's support team and provide your order confirmation, date, amount, and merchant.
Only if the cashback portal or retailer explicitly allows the coupon code. Codes found outside the portal may disable tracking or reduce the cashback rate, so use listed promotional codes and read the offer's exclusions before completing your purchase.
Many portals support mobile shopping through their website or app, but tracking rules differ. Enable the offer before purchasing, keep cookies or permitted tracking active, and avoid switching between apps or browsers unless the portal specifically supports that process.
Some cashback portals offer in-store or card-linked promotions, while others support online purchases only. Check whether the specific offer requires activating it, linking a card, uploading a receipt, or using a designated payment method.
Cashback is commonly calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, and other non-qualifying charges. The exact calculation is determined by the retailer and portal's terms.
Yes. A full or partial return, cancellation, refund, or chargeback can reduce, reverse, or invalidate the associated cashback. Keep your order records until the cashback has been confirmed and paid.
Withdrawal timing and minimum payout thresholds depend on the cashback portal. Once rewards are confirmed and the account reaches the required balance, available payout methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, gift cards, or other options.
Expiration policies are set by the cashback portal and may apply after account inactivity, reward confirmation, or a specified period. Review the portal's account and reward terms so you know when confirmed cashback must be claimed.
No. Cashback availability depends on the portal's operating region, the retailer's location, currency, and the card product's market. Verify that the portal, merchant, and Amex : Carte Verte American ExpressMD card are available in your country before shopping.
Compare rates across reputable cashback portals, activate limited-time bonuses, use eligible portal coupons, check card-linked promotions, and review exclusions before ordering. Avoid returns and tracking interruptions, and compare the final value with any American Express Membership Rewards benefits.
No. Clicking through a portal starts tracking but does not guarantee a reward. The purchase must satisfy the retailer's and portal's terms, and tracking may fail because of exclusions, ad blockers, cookie settings, other referral links, cancellations, or returns.
