Most cashback portals require you to create a free account before clicking through to Be Live Hotels. An account allows the portal to track your booking, display pending cashback, and issue your payment.

Log in to your cashback portal, open the Be Live Hotels cashback offer, review the terms, click the tracked booking link, and complete your reservation directly on the authorized booking website. Avoid opening other shopping portals or coupon sites during the transaction.

You may be able to use a Be Live Hotels promo code and receive cashback, but only if the cashback portal permits that code. Unapproved or third-party coupon codes can invalidate tracking or make the booking ineligible, so review the offer terms before using a discount.

No. Cashback eligibility may exclude certain room types, packages, promotional rates, group bookings, corporate reservations, gift cards, taxes, resort fees, cancellations, refunds, and bookings made through unauthorized channels. Always check the current portal exclusions.

Usually, cashback must be tracked from a new booking made after clicking through the cashback portal. Existing reservations, bookings added to an account later, and bookings made before portal activation generally do not qualify.

Be Live Hotels cashback may appear as pending within a few hours or several days after booking. Tracking can be delayed while the portal receives transaction data from the hotel or booking partner. Keep your confirmation email and booking details until the cashback is credited.

Cashback may fail to track because of blocked cookies, ad blockers, browser privacy settings, another affiliate link, an unapproved coupon code, booking modifications, or an excluded rate. If the booking qualifies, submit a missing cashback claim through the portal with your reservation confirmation and transaction details.

Sign in to your cashback portal and use its missing cashback or missing transaction form. Provide the booking date, order or reservation number, booking value, confirmation email, and any requested screenshots. Submit the claim within the portal’s stated deadline.

Cashback is generally confirmed after Be Live Hotels or its booking partner verifies that the stay was completed and was not canceled, refunded, or amended. Confirmation may take several weeks after checkout, depending on the portal’s validation schedule.

After cashback changes from pending to confirmed and you reach the portal’s minimum payout threshold, you can request payment or receive it according to the portal’s payment schedule. Available methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, or gift cards.

Canceled, refunded, partially refunded, or no-show bookings usually do not qualify for Be Live Hotels cashback. If cashback was initially tracked, the portal may reverse or remove it after the booking status is verified.

Cashback is commonly calculated on the eligible room or booking subtotal rather than taxes, resort fees, service charges, insurance, or other additional costs. The exact calculation depends on the cashback portal’s terms and the booking partner’s reporting.

Many portals support mobile bookings, but mobile tracking rules vary. Use the portal’s official app or mobile website if available, enable cookies and tracking permissions, and avoid switching devices or browsers before completing the reservation.

You may be able to combine Be Live Hotels cashback with hotel loyalty points, credit card rewards, or eligible promotions, but the rules differ by program. Check both the cashback portal terms and the applicable loyalty or card program conditions.

International Be Live Hotels bookings may qualify when the booking is completed through an eligible country-specific portal or authorized partner. Rates, currencies, participating properties, and exclusions can vary by market, so confirm the offer before booking.

To maximize Be Live Hotels cashback, compare portal rates, check for limited-time bonuses, review exclusions, activate the offer immediately before booking, avoid unapproved coupon codes, allow tracking cookies, and keep all reservation records until payment is received.
